Description:	Medical Director of Oncology Should have Pharma experience. Responsibilities: The Medical Director Oncology leads the Medical Affairs team responsible for all medical aspects of the promotion and Phase IV development of "the company's" marketed products. He/she will assist in developing the marketing strategy for marketed compounds in oncology. The Director will also play an integral part in evaluating compounds that have potential as licensing candidates. The Director is a key member of the Marketing Team and will be instrumental in formulating and implementing the overall Marketing strategy. Requirements: MD, Board Certified in oncology or hematology. Minimum 3 years experience in oncology clinical development (academic and/or industry). Thorough familiarity with the pertinent regulatory requirements. Leadership, planning and management skills. Network (and ability to network) in the clinical oncology community. Scientific/medical knowledge and skills.
