1. Read and comprehend warehouse procedures.
2. Pull materials for production lines in compliance with cGMP s.
3. Unload and load trucks.
4. Put away materials that are properly identified in compliance with cGMP s.
5. Maintain and operate forklift and material handling equipment safely.
6. Fill out forklift log books.
7. Attend any type of classes for operation and safety of the forklifts.
8. Wrap finished goods for shipment.
9. Maintain compliance with SOP s and cGMP s.
10. Other duties as assigned.
Must be physically able to perform assigned tasks. Also pass a written and
hands on test for the operation of forklift equipment.
